We use the Maxx pre-spray upholstery fabric conditioner first, as a pre-conditioner. This helps to loosen the dirt, grime & oils that have been worn into the fabric of the furniture over time.
After the pre-spray conditioner has been allowed to settle in , we go back over the furniture with our steam cleaner and power vacuum. The steam cleaning releases the built up dirt and stains and the vacuum sucks the excess water so there is no chance of the furniture upholstery fabric remaining damp and attracting mildew & mold as it takes time to fully dry.
